I am so saddened for those of us Mrs./ Otterson left behind, but so joyous that she is now with our Lord in his perfect and beautiful heaven. The loss of a loved one is never easy, but may the family and friends of Mrs. Otterson be comforted by the love she left behind, and the knowledge that she is no longer sick or suffering - Words seem so inadequete at this time. love to all

Billievee is one of my earliest heros and role models. She treated everyone as though they were important to her. She always had time to listen, was always kind and never judgemental. I was fortunate to know Billivee for a number of years when I lived in Merced. She was truly a lovely human being and I feel blessed that our lives crossed paths.
