William Poe

Resident of San Jose

since 1969

William Poe was born on September 22, 1941 and passed away on November 11, 2010 knowing his two precious Daughters Cynthia & Tracy & his beloved Mother Vera were by his side.

William "Bill" spent his vocational life working as a machinist for over 45 years. Besides coaching his two daughters literally dozens of kids were influenced in life & have memories of a man who you could only love, respect & laugh with. Whatever the sport, baseball, football, or hockey, Bill loved the game & all the elements that went with them.

A celebration of Bill's life will be 12:00 pm Saturday November 20, 2010 at DARLING FISCHER CAMPBELL MEMORIAL CHAPEL 231 E. Campbell Avenue, Campbell CA 95008.

Aunt Vera Mae, Tracy and Cindy and Bob ...... You are in my thoughts and prayers during this time. Bill was truly a great man as could be seen through his dedication to his family and his work for his entire life. His zest for life was recognized by all that knew him. He will be greatly missed but his impact will remain on this earth. My love is with you guys.
