David Murray Kopels
Resident of Cupertino
8-21-1973 to 9-29-2010
After graduating Cupertino High School he attended college in Colorado.
Dave excelled in individual competitive sports; earning a green belt in Judo, winning County & State Wrestling Championships, and Professional Motocross races. He was a licensed plumber and ran his own company. Davy loved animals his entire life.
He is survived by his parents, Barbara and David Kopels, his brother, Rob Kopels, his girlfriend Yvette Barboza, and his 6 yr old daughter Kylie Kopels.
Services will be on October 6th, 11:00 a.m. at the Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy. Visitation - October 5th, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Info at habingfamilyfuneralhome.com.

Dave Baby my love almost a year has gone by without you and not one single minute has pasted where i have not thought about you or missed you. Dave im sad your gone, im gonna miss you and your jokes, but most of all i will miss (pistol-grip pump on my lap at all time!) hahahahah good times, love always p-locs!!!

Dave, I just found you again in June and now you are gone. I am so glad we got back in touch. Lots of great memories in all the years we knew each other. You will always be "Cape-els" to me. RIP Dave. You are loved and will be forever missed.
