My entire childhood holds so many memories of Linda. All those summers in Tahoe, Easter Egg hunts, Horseback riding, Stanford football games, Thanksgivings in Pajaro Dunes, Christmases, graduations, weddings and babies...What would my life have been without her? Linda's amazing optimism and courage has always been a kick-in-the-rear-perspective-adjustment for me. (Thanks for that Linda!) How I will miss her. Denise Rossetti

My memories of Linda (Mrs. Walker to me) are mostly from the 70's. She was a very familiar face at our elementary school, Hoover and also around the soccer fields. I have a lasting memory picture of her dressed in her referee uniform, running up and down the field, blowing her whistle, keeping the game under control all while wearing suntan pantyhose under her black shorts and socks. A strong elegant woman from the beginning to the end. Heaven has another angel. My heart goes out to the Walkers as they adjust to life without this great woman.
