Anne Tymoszecki Obituary

Anne A. Tymoszecki

Resident of Mountain View

Oct. 27, 1918-Dec.23, 2010

Anne was the daughter of Steve and Audrey Radisich and lived in Mtn. View her whole life. She attended the Highway Elementary School and graduated from the Mtn. View High School. Her parents preceded her in death as did her husband, Raymond Tymoszecki, her sister Mary Radisich Gonzales and her two nieces Patricia and Audrey.

After graduating from Healds Business College in San Jose, she went to work at the Moffett Field Naval Air Base. She worked as an administrative assistant for several years. After her husband died in 1975, she became a homemaker and spent a lot of time gardening which she loved.

Anne was very proud of her Croatian heritage and often sang the old Croatian songs while she worked in her garden. Her Father Steve and her Mother, Audrey, emigrated from the island of Vis, off the Dalmation Coast of Croatia. They owned a small cherry ranch and Anne and her husband, Raymond, built a home near the old ranch where she grew up.

Anne was always welcoming, a loyal friend and had a great sense of humor. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Larry Whiteside, her nephew-in-law, was instrumental in ensuring that Anne was well taken care of in the final years of her life.

Anne's Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday, December 29th at 12:00 noon at St. Joseph's Church, 582 Hope St. in Mtn. View, CA. Interment will be private.
