I'm a public safety manager who worked the night of the fire in San Bruno's 911 center. I will never forget the many phone calls from Elizabeth's family and how we all hoped she would be found safe. Her name and 1660 Claremont are etched into my memory forever...my deepest sympathies go out to all who loved her.
