I am so sad to hear about Gayle's passing. I met her 6 years ago when she was my son's SDC teacher at Alta Vista. Even though she was going through her battle with cancer when we first met, I was always impressed with her "can do" attitude. She knew that my son could do and be anything he wanted, and I always admired that about her. There is a special place in heaven for her. God Bless her and her family.

Gayle provided light, joy and laughter to my life. I first met her in the early 90s when we were both working at Los Arboles Elementary in the Franklin McKinley School District. Her beautiful smile will remain with me always. There are some people you never forget in life and Gayle was one. We had lost touch through the years and it breaks my heart to know that such a grand gal is gone from us. My deepest condolences and prayers to her loving family.
