Jane Kellman Obituary

Jane Kellman At her home in Saratoga, CA, Nov. 10, 2008. Beloved wife of Bill Kellman for 67 years. Loving mother of Donna Kermin (Rick) and Jeff Kellman (Adele). Devoted grandmother of Matthew Kermin and Rachel, Lisa and Mark Kellman. Dear sister of Lee Wenokur (Sharon) and Esther Ressler and sister-in-law of Adrienne Gimbel. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A native of Detroit, MI, Jane attended the University of Michigan and graduated from Wayne State University. She received her teaching credential from San Jose State University. Jane was a social worker for the Welfare Agency in Detroit for many years and, after moving to San Jose with Bill in 1960, she taught in the Moreland School District for 25 years. Jane will be remembered as a loving and wonderful wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and friend. A private family service has been held. Memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson's Institute, 675 Almanor Ave., Sunnyvale 94085 or Kaiser Hospice, Attn: Ken Watkins, 10080 N. Wolfe Rd., Ste. SW3-160, Cupertino 95014. I will always have very fond memories of Mrs. Kellman. Whenever I spent time at Donna's I knew I would be well feed, always lots of goodies Mrs. Kellman had made. She was a special lady.
