To her loved ones,
I drove by and saw the rose pedals. Lauren was all about safety. It seems so hard to imagine how this happened. Some things we will never understand. Take time each day to smell the roses.

Lauren, was such a bright, warm, patient, lovely person. I had nothing but wonderful experiences volunteering with her at Blach. She was kind and chipper even under stress or difficult situations. If I a saw her name incharge of something I was always eager to sign-up knowing it would be a good experience. I just read through some of my emails from her, as busy as she was she always had time for even my silliest question, and was always understanding of my short comings. I will miss her and think of how lovely she always was.

Bob, Alex, and Rachel,
You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. I remember sitting next to Lauren after the Champs meet this year during the slide show. She was beaming. She was so happy for Rachel's accomplishments and she was so proud of Alex's job as assistant swim coach. She could not have looked happier.
May your many memories help you during this very hard time.

Bob, Alex & Rachel,
I wish there were words to ease your pain. Your mom had a magnetic, warm and friendly personality. She was the kind of person who was quick to lend a hand, a smile, a hug or whatever was needed.
She loved all of you so much. I just ran into her at the vegetable market and her face lit up as she told me the latest news about her family. She touched so many lives with her wonderful and sincere appreciation for all that is good about life. We'll miss her.
