Leslie Gail Morrison-Stockwell
Resident of Morgan Hill
Wife of Tracy Stockwell, Morgan Hill, California, passed away on September 24, 2010. Leslie was born in Salem, Oregon on April 28, 1959. She is survived by her husband Tracy, parents, Reginald L. and Dorothy H. Jensen, two adult daughters, Angela Rodriguez and her husband, Pete, Stacey Morrison and Leslie's sisters, Wendy Sabin, Cynthia Campbell and her husband Dan, nephews and nieces and many aunts and uncles. Leslie attended grade school in Salem, Oregon and high school in Anderson, Indiana. She was employed by Rite Aid drugstores at the time of her death.
Leslie had a unique talent for writing. She maintained a journal of her life starting in early childhood and continuing up until the date of her death. She wrote entries into the journal nearly every day so that her survivors now have a record of her complete history, something very few people ever accomplish during their lifetime.
Leslie was a beautiful woman. She made friends easily and kept the friendships up for her entire life. She was very religious and all who knew her are convinced she is now in Heaven with her God.
Services will be held on Thursday, September 30th at 11:00 a.m. at the Home Church, 1799 S. Winchester Boulevard, Campbell, CA 95008.

Dear Leslie!
Another year has flown by, and you've been walking through the wildflowers with Angie, Stacey, Mom & Dad and Jack. We miss you all and think of you all, all the time. We are planning on sticking around here for a bit, and we'll see you in the future. You left a mark and many memories!

It's hard to believe that it's been 13 years. It seems like yesterday. I miss and love you so much. You are now surrounded with Mom, Dad and your two beautiful daughters Stacy and Angie. I hope you're playing with Jack too. Enjoy eternity with all of them

Good Morning Les!
I know she was taken from us too soon, as you, but I know Stacy is in your loving arms, and Dad's loving arms too. The three of you must be in so much peace and the glory of God.
You now have Jack to play with too! We lost our sweet boy suddenly, yet we think of him as another one of our guardian angels. You have really been that for us, for years.
We love and miss you so much. Please give special love to Dad and Stacy too from us. I'll be talking to Mom today. We hope and pray to have her here by April or May. Please help Mom have peace in what will be a difficult journey for her.

Dear Les~
Another year and it was an active year for Dan and I, and we are glad it is over. You must be been watching over me and Dan since we had some health issues and they were scary. All's better now, and it has brought us even closer.
I miss you all the time and still have your phone number in my phone - somebody else has it now. Your baby is getting married next March, I know you'll be beaming!

Dear Les-
Here it is, six years, and I think of you, dream of you and love you all the time. You know that I am taking really good care of myself now, something that I know you wanted. I talk to Angie all the time, less so with Stacey, but she is a really active young adult, so it's hard to keep up with her! Angie and Pete are nice and settled with the pets and get along so well, you should be very happy about that!
I love you and will attempt to write again tomorrow, and know that I will be thinking of you all day.

Dear Les~ It has been three long years and yesterday and today I have been feeling particularly melancholy. I just showed your pictures to my boss and he said NO WAY were you 50ish...and also said you are beautiful. Which you are. Dear Les: This is no particular day or date, no anniversary or occasion, I just want you to know how much I love you and miss you. I think of you all the time, and I especially dream about you. We go on some wonderful adventures in my dreams and they are so realistic - it is so wonderful because I can hug and touch you in my dreams. I often find myself thinking about the moments I got to share with Leslie and I cherish each and every one. We are often blessed to have people in our lives only for a short time and when they are gone you realize what impact they had on your life. We had tons of heart to heart talks at work and Leslie was always there for me, maybe just even to listen or a shoulder to cry on. I find peace and comfort knowing that she is no longer in pain but it brings me much sadness knowing she left her two amazing daughters. Your mother talked about you girls with such love and pride, girls I know your mother loved you two very much and it showed on her face every time she metioned you. I miss your beautiful smile and laugh,Leslie, but you will never be forgotten and forever in my heart. God Bless

I will always remember the great times we all had together. Growing up as a child, Leslie was a second mother to me and Angie & Stacy you were like sisters. Even through my teen years she was always there for me when I needed her. I love your family as my own. Time apart will never take away our childhood together. I think about Leslie all the time and miss her so much. I am grateful that I can keep the beautiful picture of her in my mind forever. Dorothy & Reg, you raised a gorgeous loving woman that has touched lives forever. Your family will always be in my prayers & my heart goes out to you. I'll always remember the times we had working at rite aid both the good and the bad no matter what kind of a day we were having leslie always made it better I will miss her dearly my heart goes out to her family expecialy her two daughters she loved you both so very much she always talk about both of you. Dear Mr. and Mrs. Jensen,
I loved Leslie like a sister and she will be tremendously missed. I just wanted to tell you that you are in my thoughts and prayers at this time. I am asking God to please keep his spiritual hedge of protection and his love and strength around Leslie's beautiful daughters and husband too at this time. No words could ever express the loss I feel and how much I am going to miss her. I admired Leslie for many, many reasons, and she left us way too soon. I hope she knew how much I loved her and I hope you all know that you can call me anytime day or night if you feel a need to talk. I feel God blessed me with such a wonderful friend, and for that I will always be grateful. I like Leslie; also keep a journal, and keep many of the letters we wrote through the years and it has blessed me to read some of those letters these past few days. Dorothy..You may remember me from Anderson.We all lived in the same building...Leslie was one of my dearest friends in the world.We were real"buddies"I was able to share my thoughts and dreams with her always.We wrote back and forth in 78-80,then lost touch.We found each other online.I know now she was trying to re-connect with all of us that had lost touch...It was wonderful to talk with her again..I only wish I would have known she was so close to the end..She spared us from that I guess...I loved her as much as any of my sisters,and feel blessed that I had a chance to re-connect before she left us...She was such a beautiful person,inside and out.I still have some poems she wrote for me to turn into songs..she was a great writer...I know I can't do anything to help the pain..but to remember her with a smile...
