Beloved husband of 62 years to Dolores. Loving father to Linda, Michele, Karen (Scott), Michael (Amy) and Lisa (Rich). Loving Papa to his grandchildren, Matthew, Tyler, Joshua, Vinni, Nicole, Natalie, Jason, Sal and Gianni. Loving brother to Carmel Alongi and brother-in-law to Licia MacDonald.
Friends are invited to attend a Vigil Service on Tuesday, Nov 30th at 7:00 p.m. at LIMA-CAMPAGNA-ALAMEDA MISSION CHAPEL, 600 S. Second St., San Jose, with Viewing beginning at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Mass Wednesday Dec. 1st at 10:00 a.m. at The Cathedral Basilica of Saint Joseph, 80 S. Market St., San Jose. Interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

My Daddy, and papa, our hearts ache and there is a void that can never be filled We took for granted you living with us the last 3 months until your gone and now it is almost unbearable. You treated Richard as a son for the last 25 years we've been married. Nicole and Natalie have there best qualities from you, they miss the stories, the laughter and we all miss you. As you should already know we will take care of mom. We love you daddy till we meet again. Good by for now. You are up there with everyone else who has passed before you who is the lucky one? Love always Lisa, Richard, Nicole (15), & Natalie (9). Dad Help Natalie she is having an especially hard time, just as we all are.
