'Tetsa' Panayiota Skordos
Resident of San Jose
Passed away peacefully at age 86 on 9/27/10 at home. Devoted sister, wife, mother & Yiayia. Leaves behind dghtrs, Maria & Julia; grndchldrn, Vanessa, Jason, Sarah, James & Christina; son-in-laws, Kevin & Anthony; nieces Stephanie & Jennifer; nephew Michael; 19 out-of-state nieces & nephews; and sister Kathy. Pre-deceased by husband Nick & siblings; Sophie, Nick, John, Tena, George, & Jimmy.
Born 8/10/24 Waco, TX, raised in Tampa, FL & moved to San Jose in 1954 where she met her husband at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church. Retired meat wrapper Lucky Stores. She lived a happy life filled with the love of her family and friends. She will be immensely missed by her loved ones. Her memory lives eternal in their hearts.
Services held at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 1260 Davis St., SJ. Trisigion 10/3, 7PM. Funeral 10/4, 10AM burial following at Oak Hill Cemetery.
