Survived by husband Shinobu, children John & Ann, and sisters Yasuko Kawaguchi & Akiko Maie.
Visitation 3-9pm 9/12 and funeral 2pm 9/13 at Oak Hill Funeral Home.

Tosh touched my heart. Her playful spirit will be missed. Two memories of her stand out in my mind: her snuggled up with our dog Zoe on Zoe's dog bed and
her teaching me how to cut pork tenderloin. My thoughts and prayers go out to
Shinobu, Ann and John on this sad occasion.

Dear Shinobu, John and Ann,
We will miss Toshiko's gentle presence, her ready smile, the description of her cross court forehand as "My shotu", her elegance and grace. She brought a peaceful calm where ever she went to balance the Togasaki frenetic feeling. We'll always remember her gracious and warm manner. Love, Steve & Sally
