Alycia Mesiti-Allen Memoriam

In Loving Memory
Alycia Mesiti-Allen
11-8-91 - 8-13-06
On March 25, 2009 our beloved Alycia's little body was discovered in her backyard grave. On February 2, 2018 she finally received earthly justice for the heinous, but completely preventable crimes committed against her. The clear evidence that her "father" was dangerous and unfit to have custody was ignored by Judge Chiarello in Family Court. He sent Alycia to live under Mark Mesiti's complete control. He will now spend the rest of his life in prison. The sentencing judge stated, "Most disturbing to note...is the fact that the defendant continued to prey on children even after he literally molested his own daughter to death. He wrapped her in a plastic bag...(and) left her to rot in his backyard...No child within the defendant's reach is safe at anytime".
Alycia was spunky and smart. She had been a leader among her previous classmates. Our sadness is indescribable, but we know she is safe in God's arms. In her honor and memory we will work for safety and justice in Family Court.
