Marcia Hewitt Obituary

Marcia Hewitt FRAMINGHAM Marcia (Botsch) Hewitt, of Framingham, died Friday, Jan. 15, 2010, at St. Patricks Manor. She was 58. Marcia always enjoyed hosting family gatherings at her home. She made every get-together so special and momentous, her family looked foward to and cherished these times greatly. Although her home away from home was Saint Patrick's Manor, she also enjoyed vacationing at BoothBay Harbor, Maine. Being employed at Saint Patrick's for 38 years, she made so many dear and loyal friendships. Marcia always shared colorful tales of her time there. Her co-workers were a special extension of her family. She was the daughter of the late Francis W. and Betty M. (Hainsworth) Botsch; mother of Stephen Hewitt and his wife, Laurie, and Shane Hewitt and his wife, Kelly; grandmother of Tyler, Joseph, Lindsey, and Meghan Hewitt; sister of Susan Doyle and her husband, Paul; also survived by many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at Wednesday, Jan. 20, from 9 to 10 a.m., at St. Patricks Manor, 863 Central St., Framingham, followed by a memorial service at 10 a.m. All are welcome. Burial will be private in St. Stephens Cemetery, Framingham. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Marcia Hewitt to the Sunshine Fund at St. Patricks Manor, 863 Central St., Framingham, MA 01701, or to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701, also visit www.cancer.org. To the family of Marcia
Please accept my thoughts and prayers to you all, for such a great loss, Marcia and I were friends from back in elementary school and on through high school. We had many wonderful times together. I can't imagine your sadness but pray that the memories you all hold dear bring smiles and laughter for ever to come. She will always be with you, wherever you go. God bless you all.

Shane i am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I could't imagine how much you and the family are hurting. It has been a long time since i have send her i just remember how sweet she was and how much she loved her puzzles. lol! Please give my condoleces to Kelly and hugs and kiss to the girls. Also your brother and his family.
I want to attend the wake. I had a baby sitter for Aubrey in the pm but it looks like her is in the am. Regardless you guys are in my thoughts and prayers. I really miss ya'll. Take Care, Amy & Dennis
