Eileen, you know the close friendship held by Dave Martin, John Rosen and John Rosen for many years. We think of you often and that remember that friendship which existed for so long. John was funny, kind and a true gentleman. While the years have moved on since John has parted this world in which we still cling to, we miss John in our lives each of these six yeas he has been gone. However, the ancient saying ' Gone but not forgotten" will forever apply to John Rosen. Today, John may be quoting a few Lines from one of my favorite poems,
" Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow, My life's been full, I savored much, good friends, good times, a loved one s touch" Eileen, again we extend our deepest sympathy for your loss.

Eileen & Family, Today we just learned of John's passing and are so saddened to learn of this. We were trying to call him tonight, since we are taking a fairly long trip and wanted to talk with him before we left on Sunday. As you know, we have been more than friends of John and of you for some 50 plus years!
John, Dave Martin and John Brazee sort of bonded together and were an inseparable trio ... for some time John lived with Dave. Be assured that John will always rest fondly in our memory as the friend and gentleman that we knew him to be,

To the Rosen family:
I did not know of John's passing until today and we are so saddened to hear of it. We've known him for over 20 years and he was such a wonderful guy - always upbeat, smart, caring and fun to be with.

Since I am not working in Wallingford anymore, I did not know that John had passed on. I just found out today and I am so saddened. We've known him for over 20 years and he was a truly wonderful man - always upbeat, always caring and always fun to be around. We extend out deepest sympathy for the loss of such a special person.

A very large chunk of my younger days has now disappeared with the passing of John. Although we haven't seen as much of each other as I would have liked, I was always able to hang on to the wild and crazy memories of the times we had together. He is sorely missed. Uncle Johnny, Thank you for being a mentor for me and being a kind, funny and loving uncle and friend.
