Donald Nicholson Obituary

DONALD RAY NICHOLSON SEPT 23, 1937 - OCT 9, 2010 Donald Ray Nicholson, a.k.a. Bail Bond Don a Modesto resident since 1960, passed away peacefully at Community Hospice on Sat., Oct. 9, 2010. Donald is survived by his one true love, Mert Nicholson of 49 years; daughter Kristie Morris; granddaughters, Marissa Turner, Tiffani Harris and Tara Derr; great-grandson Noah Derr; in-laws, Marvin Clonts, Charles and Jewel Turner, and Meldia Wood. Don owned Leroy Wach Bail Bonds for 30 years until he retired. Don's wife and daughter were holding his hands as he slipped into the arms of God. The family would like to thank the many friends who called and visited him. In his memory, donations may be made to Community Hospice. Don was dearly loved by his family and will be missed greatly.
