John was a wonderful neighbor. We loved listening to his stories about the war, his children and working at the cannery. My little boys simply adored him and he did the same in return. On the day he passed away my five year old said, "John is an angel now" and that he is! He will be missed.

John was a good friend to my father, Jesse Ibarra. They worked together for many years at Tillie Lewis. I am sure that he & my father will fix anything that is broken in Heaven1 John, like my father, will be sorely missed. Rest in Peace Mr. Noel!
