Katherine Noyes Obituary

KATHERINE NOYES SEP 14, 1922 - NOV 20, 2010 Katherine Gaus Noyes passed from this earth following a long illness on Saturday the 20th of November. Katherine was a sales clerk at Dorothy's dress shop in Modesto until 1964. The family then moved to Sacramento where she worked at Weinstock's Country Club Plaza store for approximately 18 years, eventually becoming the Credit Manager. Katherine was predeceased by her loving husband James A. Noyes. She is survived by her son Jim Noyes and his wife Carol of Stockton, her granddaughter Jennifer Ostrander and husband Fletcher currently, serving in the Army in Germany, and her great granddaughter Kayla Postma, currently attending Academy of Arts University in San Francisco. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice ofSan Joaquin in support and recognition to the wonderful people who gave such compassionate care for Katherine. Services will be held Sunday, November 28th at 1:30 pm Cherokee Memorial Park located at Highway 99 & Harney Lane in Lodi with a remembrance to follow at Angelina's Restaurant in Stockton. www.modbee.com/obituaries
