Bill was a great guy that had the mech3 community in his heart. The website he ran was a home for all of us that shared a common love toward MechWarrior 3. The community will miss you, as will I. My condolences go out to his family, stay strong and know that I will be praying for your well being.

I didn't know William in person. I only knew the guy online in MechWarrior 3 and at the HQ for MechWarrior fans, the website he ran.

I Google'd MW3.org for days to find out what happened to it and stumpled upon the news.

I can mirror Dan's feelings. This guy will be missed by us in the MechWarrior Community. Very sorry for your loss.

I apologize for the lateness of this message, but I didn't find out about Bill's passing until recently. My name is Dan Strout, aka AncientxFreako from mechwarrior3.org, the website Bill was the administrator for. On behalf of all the MechWarrior 3 players and friends from the website I want to offer our heartfelt condolences to his family and close friends. We all loved Bill and appreciated the dedication he gave us. He will be missed by the MechWarrior 3 community. Our prayers go out to his wife and kids.
