Grant Cunningham Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 7, 2014.
Grant Cunningham 1925-2014 Our "Mr. Fix" died on July 5, 2014 after a brief illness. He was 88. In his prime, there was no repair Grant could not ace and he took pride in doing every job to perfection. He treasured his family, including his granddog Jake. Grant is survived by Maude (McKell), his "sweetie" and loving wife of nearly 63 years; daughter Sue (Mike Horner); and grandsons Matt and Cory. Predeceased by his daughter Joan, son Don and brother Andy. Cremation will be followed by a private service later this year. Instead of flowers, please donate in Don's name to fund research into colorectal cancer.

A steak, a bottle of red, hold the veggies please! We spent quite a few evening with Aunt Maude and Uncle Grant in Dorval before they headed down the 401 to be near the grandkids. We had a few in Oakville too! Always got a big hug when we walked in the door. Going to miss that laugh and all the stories! xoxo
