Ivan POZAR Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the loss of Ivo on Sunday, April 30, 2017, at the age of 76. Loving husband of 51 years to Maria, and father of Sanja (John Verreault) and Peter (Jill) Pozar. He will be deeply missed by his adored grandchildren whom he loved so much: Jonathan, Anthony and Julia Verreault and Abby and Blake Pozar. May he rest in peace. Visitation will take place on Friday, May 5 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Kane & Fetterly Funeral Home, 5301 Décarie (corner Isabella) Montreal. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Nikola Tavelic Parish, 4990 Place de la Savane Montreal. You may send condolences by going to

Dear Maria,
I know that Ivan was well loved. He had a great heart and always welcomed us into his home with a glass of cheer. He was so proud of his vegetable garden. I have no doubt Ivan will find another garden to tend to in his next life. Bob,Trisha, Kelly, Chris and I extend our sincere sympathy to you, Sonja, Peter and their extended family. Cheers Ivan.

We are very saddened to hear of your loss. I have many fond memories of Ivo growing up, especially his wonderful sense of humour. I will cherish those memories forever. Please know that we are thinking of you.
