Robert TRAVERS Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Robert John Travers on July 27th. He is survived by sisters Ann (John) Hart and Lori (Rick) Benigni, daughter Kathryn (Blaine), and sons Marc (Andrea) and Patrick, beloved partner Tannis and her daughter Megan, as well as his many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and dear friends. Services will be held at St. Augustine's of Cantebury, 5333 Ave. Notre Dame de Grace, NDG on Thursday, August 1st, 2013 at 7 p.m. with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the St. Patrick's Society of Montréal.

I just recently met Robert over the phone and , as a geologist, he and I had plenty to discuss.I had an immediate connection with Robert and was so looking forward to a long business and personal relationship.What a professional and gentleman and I will certainly miss him.
