Jason Ruedger Obituary
Jason Jeffrey Ruedger, age 24, of Alma, MI died Thursday, May 2, 2013.
Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis, MI on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 1 p.m., with Pastor Terri Bentley officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2013 from 2 to 8 p.m. with family present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Jason was born in Alma, MI on March 22, 1989, the son of Jeffrey Alan and Virginia A. (Bancroft) Ruedger. He graduated from Alma High School with the class of 2007. Jason formerly worked as a Fleet Technician for Alma Public Schools. He loved fishing, animals, playing video games and traveling to car shows with his grandparents and his sister.
He is survived by his mother, Virginia Ruedger of Lakeview, MI; father, Jeffrey A. Ruedger of Riverdale, MI; sister, Sarah Ruedger of Blanchard, MI; grandparents, Ken and Rochelle Ruedger of Alma, MI, Joe and Victoria Bancroft of Perrinton, MI, and Betty Love of Midland, MI; great grandmother, Lois Netzley of St. Louis, MI; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jason was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Maynard Netzley; and two cousins, Jeremy Bancroft and Jerra Hall.
