Kenneth T. Buck, Jr.

Mary Frances Buck and Kenneth T. Buck, Jr., both passed away recently.

Mary Frances "Bo" (Cronin) Buck was born on February 6, 1934, in Richmond, Indiana, to Walter and Francis (Roser) Cronin. She passed away at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park, Illinois, on January 22, 2016.

Kenneth Thomas Buck, Jr., was born on October 31, 1940, in Chicago to Kenneth T. Buck, Sr., and Alice (O'Neil) Buck. He passed away on March 11, 2016, at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, Illinois.

Ken and Mary were married on October 3, 1964, and celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 2014. Their life together was full of family, friends, and travel. They spent most of their careers as co-owners of American Badge Company until their retirements. They traveled the globe and made new friends wherever they went.

Ken and Mary are survived by their three children, Ken (Julianne) Buck, III of Morris, Melinda (Samuel) Macrane of Gilbert, Arizona and Julie (Kenny) Kuzma of Tinley Park. Ken and Mary were the loving grandparents of 11 and great-grandparents of 3.

Mary is survived by her sister, Patricia Cronin of Gary, Indiana; and her brother, James (Georgine) Cronin of Rochester Hills, Michigan.

Ken is survived by his brother, John of Wolcottville, Indiana.

Ken and Mary also leave behind many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and business associates.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Thomas Cronin.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Katherine (Buck) Nee.

Memorials may be sent to a charity of the donor's choice.

A celebration of life event will be held at a later date.

The family wishes to thank everyone far and wide for their concern, prayers, and best wishes during the past few months of Ken and Mary's illnesses. They will be greatly missed.
