Karl Ernest Bohnhorst

AGE: 87 • Hillsborough

Karl Ernest Bohnhorst, 87, died on Friday, April 27, 2012. He was born in Germany and grew up in Elizabeth, NJ moving to Hillsborough in 1976. Karl was an Air Force Veteran serving during WWII. He then was a self employed painting contractor for 50 years. Karl enjoyed traveling and "having a good time with a good Manhattan."

Surviving are his wife of 62 years Evelyn (Eppinger) Bohnhorst, his son Kurt Bohnhorst and his daughter Kristin Marshall both of PA, his daughter Karen Bohnhorst of Hillsborough and his 4 grandchildren, Pablo, Sarah, Katrina and Kayla.

Funeral services are private under the direction of the Hillsborough Funeral Home, US Hwy 206, Hillsborough, NJ 08844. Memorial contributions in Karl's name may be made to the American Cancer Society @ www.cancer.org
