What a wonderful man! So very kind and thoughtful. Always writing so many beautiful things for the prayer chain. He was a very dear friend, and we will miss him so much.

I learned that Chas had passed away from my sister-in-law. I was sorry to learn about his death. My sympathy to the family. I enjoyed our phone conversations before his illness. Joan Mobus Roberts

I remember Charles as energetic. He also had tremendous patience with me, teaching me to sail in Barnegat Bay as a teenager. Always interested in my family and how each of us was doing. Charles was a "second father".

My memory of Mr. Mobus is from a family Christmas celebration he attended. He battled me for a gift of potted bulbs for his wife. I won them in the end and every time I look at them I am reminded of his playful spirit. My prayers are with him and his family.

What a kind and gentle soul he was; a man of faith and family. Well done, good and faithful servant. May you rest in peace, Chas.
