The Lord is my Sheppard:
Condolences to all family and friends.
Laverne was a very 'Special' person. She was my mentor and best friend, as she was to many. I remember all the fun things she used to do; like parties, singing to us, especially 'Mother's Day'. She made going to work fun. The world has lost a Fantastic Lady, but
Heaven has gained an Angel. I know she will be still watching over us all from her 'Special Place' in Heaven. Bless you Laverne and love always.

Laverne was a very fair and caring boss. I remember when she decided to sing happy birthday to us over the radio for our birthday. I remember because i was the first one she sang to. At first I had no idea what her plan was and I thought she was crazy......she wasn't crazy....she was caring. I remember when Laidlaw was on Union Hill Road and we had a party. Laverne filled up a pool with sand and put coins in it, so all of the kids could have a treasure hunt. They loved it! My condolences to Laverne's family and her extended family (us).

My deepest sympathies to the Strincoski family. We have such fond memories of
Laverne. I especially loved when she would block off the street in front of your house so all the neighborhood kids could go sledding without worrying about cars coming by! great childhood memories. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers at this very difficult family.
