LILLIAN BROCK
AGE: 89 TOMS RIVER
Lillian (O'Brien) Brock, 89, of Toms River died on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009 at Merdian Nursing and Rehab Center, Brick. She was a homemaker. She was born in Jersey City, NJ and lived in Iselin, NJ prior to Toms River since 2006. She worked for Western Electric, Kearny, NJ for 20 years before retiring in 1980. She was a member of the Pioneers of America.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Edward Brock and wife Patricia of Brick; Son, William G. Brock of Toms River; Grandchildren, Glenn, Sean, Kathleen, and Meghan; Great grandchild, Alexander; her faithfull companion, "Buddy". She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas F. Brock (1972) and Sons, Robert and Thomas F. Brock, Jr.
Visiting hours will be Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9PM at Weatherhead Young Funeral Home, 885 Mantoloking Road, Brick NJ 08723. Funeral services will begin Tuesday, 10AM at the funeral home. A funeral mass will follow, 11AM, from Church of the Visitation, Brick. Interment will take place at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City, NJ
