GALLIPOLIS — June M. Pugh, 84, Gallipolis, passed away Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015, at her residence.
She was born March 29, 1931, at Glen White, W.Va., a daughter of the late Omar and Lula Alice (Cochran) Snuffer. She married Harry Leonard Pugh on March 27, 1949, in Gallipolis. He preceded her in death on Jan. 14, 2003.
June is survived by three sons: Douglas (Sharon) Pugh, of Mercerville, Paul (Linda) Pugh, of Vinton, and Walter Pugh, of Bidwell; four daughters, Carmen Lenora (James) Eggers, of Bidwell, Diana (Thomas) Robinson, of Kerr, Donna (Richard) Day, of Frankfort, Ind., and Belinda (Bob) Doan, of Sachse, Texas; 22 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ellen (Bob) Cook, of North Carolina, and Gloria Lane, of Maryland; and one brother, Johnny (Leslie) Snuffer, of Kentucky.
In addition to her parents and husband, June was preceded in death by a son, Harry Leonard Pugh II; two brothers; and two sisters.
The family would like to thank all of those who provided care and support for their mother over the past eight years.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2015, at McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt chapel, Gallipolis, with Pastor Bob Powell officiating. Entombment will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens, Gallipolis.
Friends and family may call the funeral home between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Sorry to hear the news of your mothers passing, I never knew her well but I know she must have been a wonderful lady because she had such great and kind Children. I ask you to keep your faith and trust strong as it will be just a short season and we shall be with her in our heavenly home. God bless you all.
