Kimberlee Dowland Obituary
A Memorial service celebrating Kimberlee's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan, Texas.
Kimberlee was born May 15, 1958, in Jacksonville. She was the daughter of the late Vincent and Georgia Chaudoin Wills.
She was raised and graduated high school in Illinois and went on to earn her beautician's license.
She married Mr. Rodney Dowland in September 1980 and they made their home in Illinois before moving to the Lake Tawakoni community in February 2005.
Kimberlee was currently employed with Walmart in Quinlan, Texas, in the receiving department. She was very active in the American Cancer Society Hunt Relay For Life in Hunt County serving as team captain and received an award for top fundraiser. Kimberlee enjoyed photography and rescuing unwanted dogs.
Kimberlee is loved and will be missed by her husband, Rodney Dowland of the Lake Tawakoni community; brother, Aaron Wills and wife Margie of Jacksonville; sister, Clarissa Marine of Springfield; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Dear Rod, I was so sorry to hear of Kim's passing she was such a beautiful person and wonderful friend even though you were so far away I thought of her often didn't realize that she had been ill. I kept in touch with her on facebook and e-mail. I will keep you in my prayers and hope that you will be ok, it will be difficult but remember you always have her in your thoughts and heart thinking of you. your friends Lori, Steve and Sophie Thomas.
