Scott is survived by his fiancé, Kim Sifrer of DeMotte, children: Justin Scott (Lindsey) Balch of Shelbyville, Starlene Balch of Shelbyville, Tiffany & Cameron Sifrer of DeMotte, Katrina Mikuta of DeMotte, his parents, Carbin "Ray" & Carolyn Balch of Lenoir City, TN, brother, Michael (Jenny) Balch of Hobart, 3 sisters: Kathy (Mike) Wright of Kentucky, Melissa (David) (Balch) Fite of Chesterton, Cherrie (Balch) Hutnick of Chesterton, grandparents, Robert and Kathleen Williford of Tennessee and 3 grandchildren: Kaiden and Savannah Balch and Stormi Morris.
A visitation will be held from 2 – 5 p.m. Saturday at Moeller Funeral Home, 104 Roosevelt Rd., Valparaiso, with funeral service beginning at 5 p.m. Pastor Bob DePlanty officiating and cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family to assist with medical expenses. MoellerFuneralHome.com

We were good friends of Scott. Scott and Heather Coleman, weve been married for 24 years Scott was there at the beginning. Scott was part of our clan...Clendenen,Balch,Rumble, Coleman,Calhoun, Rich,Grant,Eldred.
