Timothy Bellamy, 43, formerly of Garden City, died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013 as a result of a car accident.
He is survived by his children, Brittany, Summer, Kaitlyn, and Chance.
A memorial service will be held Tues. Oct. 15, 2013 at Brierwood Golf Course club house in Shallotte, N.C. at 6:00p.m.
