Joyce, I'm sorry to hear the news about Bob. When I shared a table with him at the booksigning in Surfside, I knew immediately I'd met a kindred spirit. So glad I got to meet him, even though I knew him for only a short time. God bless.

Bob was a team player with a wonderful sense of humor. Every meeting at my home Bob would allow our little dog to sit in his lap throughout the evening. What a wonderful memory. He will be sadly missed. Joyce and family, I will keep you in my prayers.

I will miss Bob, a true friend if ever that ever was. I got to know Bob when we were both at a Book Festivale in Rock Hill. Neither one of us sold a single book but he gave away several to veterans and their families. That was Bob. Balance lives on my friend.

Bob was wickedly clever, he made me laugh and he made me think. I admired Robert very much and enjoyed his company immensely. He loved his family and he loved his friends, which for Bob were easily made 'cause he made everyone feel so special, which was itself a special gift. One of us who will truly be missed.

We didn't agree on much in the political arena (Actually, I'm not sure we agreed on anything there.), but I always enjoyed his company and will miss him greatly. My thoughts are with Joyce and the rest of his family.
