Mrs. Wood had a special warmth about her. My mom and I were reminiscing today and I recalled that as she came up to my new husband and me in our receiving line at our wedding, she called me "Mrs. Davis." It was the first time anyone had called me by my new name!

I have many great memories of Mrs. wood from my days as a student through our times as neighbors at University Place (yes, we were roller skating in our kitchen during your dinner party)! Praying for the family; knowing Mrs. Wood is rejoicing with Jesus today.

My deepest condolences to your family during this most difficult time. There are no words that can ease the pain of losing someone so beloved. May you find comfort and peace in knowing that your loved one is in God's memory, because those who pass on are precious in his eyes. Psalms 116:15.

Mrs. Wood was a special lady - always with a smile on her face, words of encouragement, and a Christ-like spirit. May the Lord give "grace, mercy and peace" during this time of loss.
