Dick was a big guy who lived large, and loved singing and inspired others to do so. His charitable and community involvements are deeply inspiring. He'll be missed by all who knew him.

My heartfelt condolences to the wonderful family of Richard Morris. May you find comfort in your memories. He was a warm , loving , gifted man.

I lost touch with Richard after I moved to Vermont in 2002, although I did read his first book. He and I used to get together periodically when we both worked in downtown Washington to chat. A gentle man and very talented.
