I didnt know Rodney personally but he seemed to have been a great guy my condolences to the family.

Hello. I am very sorry for your loss. I had the opportunity to work with Rodney on the Mulberry Commons Park project in Newark.

Rodney's enthusiasm, drive, and dedication to the improvement and growth of the City of Newark was ever present. Rodney's energetic and magnetic personality was a beacon of light for those around him. Rodney's leadership will be missed greatly. Rodney's spirit will remain in those who knew him.
