1931-2018
Aida T. Hernandez, 86, of Houston, passed away February 13, 2018. She was born in Kingsville, Texas on December 5, 1931 to Antonio and Maria Luis Trevino. She was married to Erasmo Hernandez for 57 years. Aida had a career in education as a 3rd grade teacher for Houston School District, worked for LULAC and became a real estate agent. She was a member of the 1st edition of the Houston Chronicle and a member of the "Ro' Vin Gypsies" RV Club and Bay Area Quilt Guild and had a passion for quilting, gardening and travel.
She was peceded in death by husband, Erasmo Hernandez.
She is survived by her children, Ernest, Elma, Edward and Edna Hernandez.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. A reception will be held from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. with a Funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. Interment at Forest Park East Cemetery, Webster, Texas.
