HERBERT, Andrew Thomas Late of Caboolture. Tragically Killed. 2nd April, 2011. Aged 33 Years. Cherished Husband of Nicola, much loved Father of Ethan, Georgia and Kai. Loved Son of Sue and David and loved Brother of Alicia. Family and Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Andrew's Life on Friday, 8th April, 2011, at 2.00 p.m. to be held in the Chapel of Great Northern Garden of Remembrance, Lot 1 Tallowwood Drive, Deception Bay. No Flowers by Family request, donations to the Grantley Stable Neonatal Unit would be appreciated.
