Johnson, Andrew C. "Andy" of Eden Prairie, passed away unexpectedly June 10, 2013 at the age of 25. Preceded in death by his grandfather, Clayton Johnson. Survived by parents, Garth and Deb Johnson; sister, Libby Johnson; grandparents, Colleen Johnson, Don Fowler and Dorothy Limoges; many aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends. Andy graduated from Holy Family Catholic High School in 2006 and attended the University of North Dakota, where he was a member of the Sigma-Chi Fraternity. Andy was an avid outdoorsman. His true passion was hunting with his father and two dogs, Drake and Chilie. He also enjoyed time at the family cabin where he loved boating and tubing in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter. Andy is loved by his family and friends. We will miss his sense of humor and quick wit. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Friday (6/14) at Pax Christi Catholic Community, 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie. Visitation 5-8:00 PM Thursday (6/13) at Huber Funeral Home, 16394 Glory Lane, Eden Prairie and one hour prior to Mass at CHURCH. My heart still aches as I fondly remember Andy and all the fun he had with his family, buddies and dogs. I will be lighting a candle in our Chapel for Andy today, as I've done every year on this day. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Garth, Deb and Libby.

On this first anniversary try not to think about your loss but remember all of the happy memories and what a special person Andy was. Death is the end of life; not the relationship. It is more universal than life, everyone dies but not everyone lives. Andy knew how to live. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. Death leaves a heartache no on can heal, loves leaves a memory no one can steal. Andy lives on in your love and memories.
