Not sure what to say?

My condolences to the family. Lena was a firecracker of a woman that I knew as a child. She was so loved and I know her absence will be felt by many.

I can't think of how many times she made me laugh over the years of knowing her! I have never met a woman like her, she was truly amazing. She had a very strong personality and a loving sole. I loved that we shared our birthday and I will always miss her!

hey Aunt Lena, thanks for teaching me how to swim. I'll never forget those hot summer days with you and all my cousins on Oakland beach and who could ever forget your famous Seven Seas of The Angels rant. You'll be missed greatly.

I was one of those brides who had her dress made by Aunt Lena. What a thrill that was! She understood what I wanted and knew the right fabrics and lace to use. My gown was built on me, one part at a time. How many brides, who aren't celebrities, could claim that? Her work in progress was her art. Even though I have not seen you for a very long time, I still considered you my family. I remember you always smiling and being happy and your loved walking. please watch over your sisters and brother. may you rest in peace aunt Lena you are on your journey home.

When I think of your mom, I'll always picture her walking briskly by my house everyday with her precious dog. She was amazing.

lena have known you for a million yrs, you were a wonderful mom to angela and maria, will never forget you, rest in peace the family is waiting for you. love charlie and cathy stamford ct.

goodbye Lena. your family will miss you but your in gods hands now and everything will just be wonderful for you.

I'll never forget the time during a heavy snowstorm when Aunt Lena drove the wrong direction on a one way street to get us home faster. Fearless! (I'm still getting over it.)
You're home now Aunt.
