I can't think of how many times she made me laugh over the years of knowing her! I have never met a woman like her, she was truly amazing. She had a very strong personality and a loving sole. I loved that we shared our birthday and I will always miss her!

I was one of those brides who had her dress made by Aunt Lena. What a thrill that was! She understood what I wanted and knew the right fabrics and lace to use. My gown was built on me, one part at a time. How many brides, who aren't celebrities, could claim that? Her work in progress was her art. When I think of your mom, I'll always picture her walking briskly by my house everyday with her precious dog. She was amazing.

I'll never forget the time during a heavy snowstorm when Aunt Lena drove the wrong direction on a one way street to get us home faster. Fearless! (I'm still getting over it.)
