Joseph H. Brown Jr. Funeral Home P.A. Obituary

Antoine Percell Spencer, Sr., son of Jacqueline Alston and the late Brice Walling-
ton, was born May 25, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland and was the third of their four
children. Affectionately known as Ant or Twan, Antoine was educated in the Bal-
timore City Public School System and graduated from Eastern High School in
1981. During his years at Eastern, he excelled in the drama club and was well-
known among the students.

Antoine accepted Christ into his life at an early age and was baptized at New Pil-
grim Baptist Church in Baltimore. During his adult years, Antoine worked numer-
ous jobs including Bank of America, U Can Rent, Service Master, Queen Anne
Belvedere, and National Capital.

Antoine was in a long term relationship with his high school sweetheart Denise
White also known as Ms.Mag. They birthed a beautiful baby girl (Shane lle
Patrease Spencer) on February 17, 1982. On May 13, 1989, Antoine married the
love of his life, Tanya Squire. Antoine loved his family and spending time with
those closest to him and fancied being a father to Shanelle, Keyonia, Antoine Jr.
He enjoyed playing cards, reading, watching TV, joking around, and hanging out
with friends. Above all else, Antoine's favorite thing to do was watch old western
movies and sports in his favorite chair.

Early on the morning of February 27, 2018, Antoine was called home to be with
the Lord. Antoine leaves to cherish fond memories: his wife of twenty-eight
years, Tanya Spencer; mother, Jacqueline Alston; two daughters, Shanelle
Spencer and Keyonia Spencer; one son, Antoine Spencer, Jr.: four granddaugh-
ters, Destiny Alexander, Da'Shawn Spencer, Diamond Spencer, and Jordyn Doug-
lass; two sisters, La'I'anya Snowden (Vincent) and Betina Spencer; four sisters-in
-law, 2 brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins,
