Arnold Alfred "Arnie" Reeder Jr.

Arnie was placed in my substation customer service group when another group was dissolved after his work was transferred from transmission to substations. He fearlessly climbed transmission line towers, including huge Columbia River crossing towers. Self illuminated and non illuminated transmission lines marker balls for aircraft safety were his specialty, and was the BPA expert on them. Arnie was one of the best and funniest people that I worked and spent time with. His sense of humor will surely be missed as will his presence.
