Arthur was born on July 26, 1938 and passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2017. Arthur was a resident of Saint Albans, West Virginia at the time of passing. He was also a US Army veteran. Also surviving are his 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans with Pastor Homer Hensley officiating. Burial will be in Trace Fork Baptist Church Cemetery, Hurricane.
