Not sure what to say?

Sorry to hear of Barry's death. Not noticed in his obituary was the many years of service he gave as Public Relations Officer to the British Motor Racing Marshals Club.

My condolences to Barry's family and friends. Sir Barry lived quite an amazing life, and his stories, which were utterly enthralling, were mere glimpses into that life. May he be held in memory as his stories live on.

Dear Sue,
My heartfelt sympathy for your loss. May you feel the support of your friends and family during this time.
peace,
Marian

I clicked on this thinking I knew Sir Barry, but realized I was mistaken. After reading the full obituary I wanted to let the family know h ow amazing I think his life was and I would have felt honored to know him ad hear just one of his stories. He must have been a very cherished and unique friend and family member, and I admire his ability to re-create and re-define his life over the years. My sympathies to the family and friends of this great man.
