Benjamin J. Walker

I have been hesitant to write because I only knew Mr. Walker for the last couple of months of his long and purposeful life when I got reassigned to work on the Robinson but today, being Veteran’s Day, he is heavily on my mind and I decided to reach out to you.

He often referred to his years in the service with such pride and was so engaging and friendly. I really liked that he never failed to answer my knock with his very polite “ Come in please” response.
