Not sure what to say?

Bernie (Jan), Mary, Paul (Pinky) and Martha (Robert)...We were so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing...although we did not know him well he seemed like a gentle sweet man. When we did see him he always was friendly and had a smile on his face.
God bless you all and your families at this time!

Bernie, Jan and family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Meg just e-mailed me. I haven't had your phone or address for years and I'm terribly sorry to reach you in this way. My prayers are with all of you.
Blessings,
Kit

Bernie was the most gentle man I've ever met. He was a cherished friend of my mother and father and was my little league baseball coach in the mid 50's. He truly made the world a better place for many of us who had the pleasure of knowing him.
God Bless the Carey family, you are in my prayers.

Sincerely,

John F. Rafferty Jr.
