I met Bernie many years ago when we were both board members of the Parking Management Advisory Board in Delray Beach. He became one of my Heroes, because of his wit, probing questions and quick substantiated solutions. We became Email friends with the similar world and local views. He would pop into my shop to find out what was happening and that he was leaving for the Summer or had just returned in the Fall. I will miss his charismatic upbeat personality and humor.
My sympathy to Family...
