Not sure what to say?

Sending our heartfelt prayers as you celebrate a life well lived and the legacy of beloved BJ.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Such a sweet man. Always a smile and kind word. Certainly enjoyed working working with and being his friend. June

None of us at Southern Shows who worked for so many years with BJ will ever forget his smile, his "I can get it done" attitude, his willingness to drop everything to help, his positive spirit and his great personality. He never met a stranger and he made all of us feel special. Indeed, it was HE who was the special one. He'll be greatly, greatly missed.

To The Helms Family,
Grief can be so hard, at this difficult time, but our special memories of our love one help us cope. Also the love of family and friends can help carry you through your grief.
With Peace, Love and Comfort,

Ms. Flonnie Taylor
Wilson, North Carolina

Mr. Helms was one of my many paternal cousins that I've never had the pleasure of meeting, but I always heard good things about him. May he be with the good Lord and may his family be comforted by Him.

Frances and family. You know you are much in our thoughts and prayers. BJ was a friend, an inspiration, one of the hardest working people we ever met, lived a life filled with integrity, love of family, friends, God and country ... BJ will be missed. We were proud to call him friend. Joan & Robert Zimmerman

Please accept our sincere sympathy at this time of sorrow. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to hear of BJ's passing. Condolences to the family. Had the pleasure of meeting him when I worked at the Merchandise Mart.
