I have been knowing Billy since I was 10 years old, he has never changed and neither will my memory of you. Thank you for being there comforting me and my mom during our time of losing my brothers and now we have lost the one who loved them the most. Billy was the kindest person we've ever met. He had a beautiful spirit and went out of his way to do whatever he could to help any and everyone. Billy called us on New Year's Day. He wished us a Happy New Year and told us he loved us. We never knew it would be our last time talking to our friend . We are blessed to have had him in our lives. We are going to miss you Billy.
